Submission Preparation Checklist

Authors should ensure that:

1. The manuscript falls within the journal's scope.
2. The work is original and has not been published previously.
3. The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal.
4. All authors have approved the final version of the manuscript.
5. Ethical approvals have been obtained where applicable.
6. All conflicts of interest have been disclosed.
7. A use of AI Tool statement has been included in the submitted manuscript.
8. The manuscript complies with the journal formatting requirements.
9. Authors do have the right to request the withdrawal of the manuscript but given the significant time and effort spent by the publishing team, and more importantly, by the editor and the reviewers in the process, the reasons for the request of withdrawal must be well-founded. In case of requesting withdrawal of a manuscript, after initiating the peer review process, and without providing reasonable reasons to the Editorial Office, the following sanctions are to be imposed: (i) all authors of the manuscript are to be blacklisted (i.e., none of our journals would consider future submissions from any of the authors, (ii) the journal would write a letter to the superiors of the authors outlining the case, and (iii) authors of the manuscript would still be responsible for the Article Processing Charge.

Article Processing Charges

Article Processing Charges (APCs) are applied to accepted manuscripts to support editorial management, peer review administration, production, online hosting, archiving, and long-term preservation. The Article Processing Charges of ''250 GBP'' are clearly displayed in the submission preparation checklist of the journal and are the only fees that should be charged per article (i.e., there are no submission fees or any other fees).
